When you are given authority to relieve someone while he/she is away, u must carry it out. You are replacing him, then you have the authority to do any task that is within your responsibility. No point if you can't even sign a paper. I mean sign a paper with no risk involved, he can't even do it, he is trying to play real real save. I am really feel pity for this kind of people. Go work in the back line!
I have also come across people who take full responsibilty. He is sort of like "Don't worry, if things go wrong, i will be the one who is responsible. Now go get it.!" This kind of people is what we need in Brunei. They are the changing agents and they move a nation forwards. Brunei, lets move Brunei forwards!
Be a person who really care about others. Think for the best interest of that person.
